They also know how to “Fund” their business ventures, get someone else to pay for their houses, cars, furniture, boats, and travel … and make it deductible! How did they learn this? Since wealthy people know or hire someone that knows the investment and IRS rules, they are legally able to create and keep more of the money they make. Whether you are wealthy or not, it is you that is ultimately responsible for obtaining this knowledge!

Wealth is a choice in today’s economy; there are many people out there trying to teach you how to survive in this recession. I am involved in a network marketing company that has great nutritional products.   But my main focus has always been real estate, and in these economical times it is the best thing to focus on.  Many people on the Internet are focused on foreclosures;  how to find foreclosures and sell them to other investors. How to buy foreclosures and sell them and carry back the paper, that way you become the bank.  The one thing I want to say no matter what system you choose it will take work, but you can be very successful.  The average is less than 2% of the people that buy products actually do the work that is needed to become successful.

Because wealth is a choice in any economy this one is no different.  I was looking for commercial real estate projects for other people and found one they did not  want.  I knew it was a great deal and many people did not want it because it was residential real estate. They did not see all the things this project had to offer,  and with so many foreclosures on the market people are not doing residential gated communities right now. So I made a choice to do this subdivision.  First I tried through private money now I’m getting it through hard money lenders.  Because this project is in one of the few areas that have not had a down economy I only need to sell off about 70 of the 300 lots to make enough money to pay back the loan, so this is the perfect time for this development. Wealth is a choice and I made a choice in this economy to do what other people are not doing and that is to develop a new gated community.

It is the choices we make every day that change lives!   Life is made up of your choices; if they are good or bad, it still makes up most of the life you have lived to this point.  Once I realized I could not blame anyone for the choices I had made it set me free.  Just as Christianity is your choice in Jesus Christ, and everything else is your choice in life.  In the many businesses I have  had,  success comes down to one thing;  it was the choices I made  in the running of the business that made it successful.

In this real estate development I am taking on again it will be the choices I make that makes it successful. It will be the team that I put around me, from the engineering company, to the salesperson, to do website design, and so many other people that will be needed for this team to make it successful. I have learned because of the many mistakes or bad choices.  Once I realize that there was no one else to blame I had to make a choice to learn from my bad decisions, and try not to make the same ones again,  and in any economy it is still the way you see it in your choices that will bring about the results you get in any economical times.

Wealth is a choice and I have made the choice to do this real estate development.  I believe wealth is more than just money its freedom of time and so much more. So are you going to make the right choice in this economy?  Wealth is a choice and it is my choice in this economy!

Wealth is a choice and one way to build wealth is through real estate.   There are many people out in the world teaching on real estate investing.  You can buy foreclosed properties and try to rehab them and sell them.  With foreclosures you can also buy them and sell them and carry back the paper for monthly income. People will teach you how you can buy properties and  flip them for quick cash profit, or another term is ” wholesale the properties”.  Then you can talk about commercial properties where one deal can change your life.

I believe the one thing that holds most people back from doing real estate investing is the money. The other thing is not being able to sell the house once they fix it up in a market like today. There is so many details to learn in real estate investing and that’s why so many people sell the courses they do.  Once you choose to be a real estate investor you really must focus on it for years just as wealth is a choice and you must make that choice every day.

One way people raise money to do real estate deals is through private investors.  Some give the investors 10 to 20% return on their money.  So how do you go about raising private money?  There are many courses on this also and teaching material you can buy. The truth is that I think 2% of every one that buys courses on real estate or raising private money actually puts the systems to work.  I will be  breaking down the real estate information  in a lot more detail in future blogs.

As I have decided to raise private money for a development I am working on.  That is another website from this one because this is about wealth is a choice and a mindset.  Just like everything in life is really a choice that we make each day, we can choose to have good days and we can choose to have bad days.  But most of the time life itself seems to determine what kind of day we have, but the truth is it was our choices we made throughout that day that made it good or bad.
