Wealth is a choice and one way to build wealth is through real estate. There are many people out in the world teaching on real estate investing. You can buy foreclosed properties and try to rehab them and sell them. With foreclosures you can also buy them and sell them and carry back the paper for monthly income. People will teach you how you can buy properties and flip them for quick cash profit, or another term is ” wholesale the properties”. Then you can talk about commercial properties where one deal can change your life.
I believe the one thing that holds most people back from doing real estate investing is the money. The other thing is not being able to sell the house once they fix it up in a market like today. There is so many details to learn in real estate investing and that’s why so many people sell the courses they do. Once you choose to be a real estate investor you really must focus on it for years just as wealth is a choice and you must make that choice every day.
One way people raise money to do real estate deals is through private investors. Some give the investors 10 to 20% return on their money. So how do you go about raising private money? There are many courses on this also and teaching material you can buy. The truth is that I think 2% of every one that buys courses on real estate or raising private money actually puts the systems to work. I will be breaking down the real estate information in a lot more detail in future blogs.

But most of the time life itself seems to determine what kind of day we have, but the truth is it was our choices we made throughout that day that made it good or bad.

With the economy going south and jobs being lost left and right in this country, with the mindset we have been taught is it going to take us through these tough economical times? There was a headline the other day that Citibank is laying off 53,000 people. The auto industry wants part of the bailout money, and everybody else is trying to line up to get their part of the bailout money. What is the average person going to do? They are not going to get part of this bailout money. We need to change our mindset, and be open to new ideas and even vanquish some of the lies we have been taught about business.
What comes to mind when you think about network marketing?
Are you one of those people that buy those two and three dollar cups of coffee? what if you made 50% from every cup of coffee you bought? If you made a percentage of every friend you told to buy one of those cups of coffee how much would you make? And you made a percentage from the friends that told their friends what would that check be like? That is really the principle behind network marketing, they take out all the advertising costs and give it back to the distributors, or all the people telling their friends. But one of the problems that many network marketing companies have is that they overprice the product, and when the economical times get hard people stop taking the product.
If there was a company that fixed all that by selling their major product below wholesale; and they put 50% of the major product back in to the pay system would that be of interest to you? There is three different pay systems that all work at the same time. You really have to see the whole plan to understand it. And you would have to change your mindset about network marketing and wipe out the lie that it’s a pyramid scheme! The reason network marketing is not a pyramid scheme is because any one can make more money than a person on top of them in the business. Most corporations can be seen as a pyramid scheme because the CEO makes the most money and the people below them make the least amount of money. So we could say everyone in a normal job is working a pyramid scheme because the people on the top are making the most money, and the average worker can never make that much money. Network marketing is really you owning your own business or your own Wal Mart, and the more sales that happen as friends tell friends and all their businesses grow the more money they make. I want to apologize for not blogging for the last month. Life has gotten in the way, but I am back with more of wealth is a choice. Today I’ll be writing about the economy and how a normal job is not going to cut it in these times.
Even today Citibank was going to lay off 53,000 people; and we’re looking at the job market is getting worse than ever before. They are saying that unemployment can rise up to 7.5% the highest in years! So wealth is a choice; most people that have a job because they have to pay their bills, and that is what our school system teaches us; to work for money. Now many people thought multi level marketing, or network marketing was a pyramid scheme!
A pyramid scheme is when the person on top makes all the money like a CEO of a corporation or Wall Street that gets these 68 million dollar bonuses from all the employees’ labor. And employees just get their commission checks and their salaries; they don’t get a bonus when they make the company money. Network marketing is truly like having your own Wal-Mart, you sell a product to a friend and you make money off that sale. And that person makes money when they get someone or a friend to buy that product from them, and you make a little of that sale also. That is the concept of network marketing; you take the advertising costs out of the equation, because it’s all on word-of-mouth. There is no overhead for a store, to keep the lights on, for insurance, for employees, and all the other costs that it takes to run a business. So network marketing puts all that back into the pay plan so you get all that money paid back to you in residual income.
There are many different network marketing companies, and many different pay plans out there; which one is the best? What if I can tell you of one company that puts 50% of their top product back into the pay plan. How to create Wealth from an MLM business is the topic of today. First you must find an MLM that has a great product that is consumable every month. The product must have multiple benefits. there are so many products out there that do only one thing, but what if you could find a product that had ten formulas all-in-one? Wealth with out health; What do you have? If you had 1 million dollars and did not have good health what good is the money? I know the doctors will take that money from you for the cost of health care. You could not enjoy the money with poor health. This is why your health is so important, as it relates to wealth.
If you have read any of my articles, or have downloaded my free ebook, you know the definition of wealth I use. I will give you a quick expample; If the average household needs $2700 a month to cover all their monthly expenses; and most Americans are a paycheck away from bankruptcy. It is hard to think that in this great country the average person is so close to bankruptcy. I think $300 to $500 more a month would help most families in this economy; and that would be a starting point to changing most people’s lives. That is a Big point of stress on the health of each person in America, and their mindset on wealth. How do you create $2700 with a part time income? It can not be all on your own efforts. If you could find a way to help people have better health, and make money at the same time it would be great.
I have been working on line teaching wealth, and trying to help people change their lives. But not everyone makes money online; many fail. Online or networking the average is that the top 2% make all the money, and I never liked that because it takes a lot of your time, and your belief in what you are doing to accomplish your goals. Wealth is a mindset, and that is really first and foremost in your choice of everything. When you set your mind on something you really want, or something you really want to accomplish, does anything stop you? The only thing that really stops you is yourself; there is a quote I like “do not complain about what you will allow.” This quote has really changed my life in many ways, because you have to take responsibility for everything you will allow in life, and all your choices good or bad. If I make a choice in business and that choice was not the right one I cannot complain about it, but I can learn from it so I make different choices the next time.
Your mindset or attitude is what helps you keep going. I can remember wanting to play football and even lying that I was from that area so I could play. It would be like cheerleading or the girls playing soccer today. I wanted to play and I made my mind up that I was going to, my attitude had to be the same also. Even though I was playing doing wind sprints up a hill 50 times a day was not fun, and many times I wanted to quit. Well it is the same in the game of life. Life is what is thrown at us if we want it or not; but it is our attitude and our mindset that help us get through it. Wealth is a choice and you need the right mindset to push through all of the things life throws at you until the results come.
Let me ask you a question; has anything that you really want in life come easy? I can say math came easy for me. But the truth is most of life has been a battle of the mind and a will to accomplish what I wanted to. Maybe that’s why the Bible says; that the battle is in our mind; and another verse says you have to take every thought captive unto the word God. I can tell you many times in my life that I can look back and see where I made a certain decision that changed my attitude and probably changed my life for the good. I know that I never had the mindset to be a good speller because I hated it, and now that I am writing I’ve had to change my mindset in my attitude so I can become a good speller. Wealth is a mindset for each of us to choose.
The results always come from your work. Right now we are in the middle of the Olympic Games and you can see the athletes that have put the time in their workouts, and you can see the ones that are planning to win because they have the mindset to win. The one American that has set his goal to beat Mark Spitz’s record of seven gold medals in these games: what is his mindset going in I am sure it is; he will do it, because without that mindset he has no chance of doing it. I also could talk about the USA men’s basketball team that is going to prove that America has the best basketball team again; their mindset is no one will beat them.
So the true question is: What is your mindset? Do you believe you can be wealthy? Do you need to change your mindset about wealth? Wealth is a choice, and so is your mindset your choice, are you ready to make the choice the results will come.

Why Wealthy People Protect Themselves-So they do not lose it all because of one mistake. Let me expound on this a little when new rich protect themselves they do it thought corporations; LLC, and other entities, so that people will not sue them, and they protect their assets. www.mondaymentor.com here is a link to an attorney’s website and he gives short tips every Monday morning about protecting your assets. Asset protection started back in Europe it was said Columbus’s voyages were corporations, because then that investors would only lose the money from that particular voyage: because it wasn’t one Corporation.
It was the investor that wanted protecting so if something happened day could not be sued; and if the voyage loss money they would not have to come up with any more because it was a corporation and that protected the rest of their assets. It is said that every black jack table can be a separate corporation or LLC in each casino in Vegas or Atlantic City. What that really means is they could not suit the whole casino for something that happened on one blackjack table; because it was a separate entity, and a major corporation released it to the casino. Try to sue to casino the lawyers would have to jump through many hoops to get any money. So most attorneys drop it there, but some do try anyway.
That is why he appeared doing an Internet business you may start out at a sole proprietor until you will make money but you really need to check into asset protection with an accounting. I know as soon as I get better established I will probably form a corporation or via shell Corp. and build credit on that corporation. That corporation will own the LLC is that run the Internet business and according to my attorney and might CPA is how I will structure everything so I can get the best tax benefits and the most protection for my money. I almost see a ready that if I a form to different corporations, or LLC, one could beat a publishing company and one could beat the sales company and that might help qualify as passive income goes I could be employed by each company. I have to check it out but that’s what the wealthy and the rich really do they find how they can do it legally so the IRS will not bother him and a half the money to pay the best attorneys to find their answers.

Wealth is a choice for everyone is a truth that most people don’t believe! I really believe it, because we are taught how to work for money. That means most people are trading hours for dollars, and I did it for many years till I came to a point where I knew I had to change something in my life or I was not going to have anything. I also believe there are many people out there in the same boat I was 15 years ago, before I made wealth my choice.
